Skincare doesn’t have to be HARD. I’ve always thought it was but then again I’ve never been a big skincare person until just this year. I saw a ton of texture, hyper pigmentation and uneven skintone. Ahh, the perks of getting old LOL. I hated my face without makeup.
I knew I needed to do something so I decided to get a $10 facial at Ulta (which is amazing BTW!) and ended up asking the esthetician a bunch of skincare questions. She recommended 2 out of the 3 skincare products I have listed here!
These three products are good for any and all skin types! They’ve changed my skin within these last few months and I had to share.
1. Sunflower Serum
The esthetician told me about this Sunflower Serum from Bahi Cosmetics. All she said was “Im not going to talk up the brand. I just need you to see testimonials and you’ll see how great this product is.” I mean at that very moment I was sold. The testimonials are AMAZING and just speak to how wonderful this product is. I’m so glad she told me about it. It’s amazing!!
There is so much you can use this serum for: hyper-pigmentation, uneven skintone, acne scars or acne in general, pores, and dryness. I’ve been using it for over a month now and I see a huge difference. I had hyper-pigmentation on my cheeks and around my nose and upper lip and those are slowly fading! I haven’t seen a pimple in over a month now! #winning
This bottle comes in different sizes and prices start at $22. I got the 1 oz because I wasn’t too sure if the product would work but it DID and this bottle will last me around 4 months since you are only supposed to use 3 drops for your face! I use this as a moisturizer and apply to my neck too! It has Vitamin E Oil, Tea Tree Oil, and Jojoba Seed Oil.
2. Mario Badsceu Brightening Kit
The esthetician also recommended the Mario Badsceu Brightening Kit after I told her about my uneven skin tone. As I’ve noted- I have hyper-pigmentation and uneven skin tone around my upper lip area and its the worst. This kit has helped me so much!! Best part is it’s only $38! I love the size of the bottles and how affordable it is. My face is brighter, my uneven skin tone is getting better and my texture on my skin is also fading away. Plus- the whitening mask can also be used for under arms to brighten it up! I haven’t tried it yet- but I would love too! In the box we have:
Glycolic Foaming Cleanser: This helps to deep clean and refine to reveal a brighter more even complexion.
Alpha Grapefruit Cleansing Lotion: This perks up dull skin and minimizes the look of fine lines and discoloration.
Vitamin C Serum: This serum retexturizes uneven skin tone and texture.
Whitening Mask: This brightens dull, dehydrated skin while diminishing the look of discoloration.
Glycolic Skin Renewal Completion: They give you a small sample of this in the kit but you can use this to soften the looks of fine lines, wrinkles, and uneven skin tone.
3. Eternalixir Skin Volumizing Oil Serum
The Eternalixir Skin-Volumizing Oil Serum I’ve been using for almost 7 months. This oil serum is a little more than the last two products ($55) but still pretty affordable and its an amazing product to hydrate your skin. I mean- you G L OW after you put it on. What I love about this product is that it is a oil base but also a serum base. If you don’t like heavy residue on your face after applying your oil based moisturizer, then you will LOVE this product. You would think it would be heavy since it does have oil- but it dries just like water and super fast. It’s almost as if there is no oil in this product but there is! That’s the best part. Oh and it smells like a spa too *insert heart eyes*.
This product helps to nourish and hydrate your skin to give it a youthful look. It has botanical oils along with vitamin B3 and calcium to help your skin barrier be stronger! Apply this on your face and neck morning and night 🙂
I hope I gave you some really great products to try out and hopefully transform your skin game. I go back and fourth between these products a week. I don’t use all of them in one day of course but these products really transformed my skin and I had to share.
What do you guys use on your face?! I’d love to know what you use.
PS– Always pat down your moisturizers with your finger tips than smooth it out! Try not to massage the serum or oil into your skin. Have it sink in by itself 🙂 & of course- drink water!!
